Cancellation Policy
As we need to prepare in advance we require a minimum of 4
working hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
If less than 4 hours notice is given, you will forfeit half the treatment cost.
Should you not arrive for your treatment, you will forfeit the full treatment cost.
Weekend treatments and Packages are required to be paid at time of booking.
